설명
이 원라인 모델은 개별 진공 펌프를 사용하여 전체 유닛을 구성하며, 각 펌프는 자체적으로 개별 진공 멀티 스테이지 이젝터 유닛입니다. 각 개별 펌프를 함께 쌓아 모듈식 매니폴드 기반 시스템을 만들 수 있습니다. 이 유닛의 장점은 단지 두개의 제어 밸브만을 사용해 작동할 수 있고, 표면의 변형으로 진공 누수가 발생 하였을시 개별 진공을 유지할 수 있다는 점이다.
